ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

The Liquidators be authorised to accept the offer from Gary Livermore, Source Co Limited and Source Co Electric Pty Ltd to settle all claims against them upon them paying $120,000 to the company, as per the terms of the Deed of Settlement entered into by the company, the Liquidators, Mr Livermore, Source Co Limited and Source Co Electric Pty Ltd

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
