ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. Receive an update of the conduct of the winding up of the Company by the Joint and Several Liquidators;
2. Approve the Joint and Several Liquidators outstanding further remuneration;
3. Approve the Joint and Several Liquidators future remuneration; and
4. Any other business.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
