ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

At the meeting creditors may consider a resolution:

1. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members; and
2. to remove the liquidator(s) from office and appoint someone else as liquidator(s) of the Company.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to receive a report as to affairs
3. to consider a statement to the creditors from one of the directors
4. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
5. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
6. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
7. to remove the liquidator(s) from office and appoint someone else as liquidator(s) of the company
8. to consider the early destruction of books and records
9. any other business

i.The remuneration of the Liquidators of Drillstralis Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) ACN 126 228 180 for the period 24 October 2014 to 9 November 2014 (inclusive) be fixed in the amount of $12,772.50 plus GST and that the Liquidators be authorised to draw same.

ii.The remuneration of the Liquidators of Drillstralis Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) ACN 126 228 180 for the period from and including 10 November 2014 be fixed at an initial sum equal to the cost of time incurred by the Liquidators and staff of FTI Consulting, calculated at the hourly rates applicable to the grades or classifications set out on the FTI Consulting of Standard Rates effective , to a maximum amount of $30,000.00 plus GST, and that the Liquidators be authorised to draw the remuneration on a monthly basis or as required.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
