Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To provide an update on the status of the deed administration, including an update on the class action proceedings and 'loss methodology' application to the Federal Court of Australia.2. To provide an update on, and demonstration of, the Creditor Portal with respect to its use in the distribution process.3. Consideration of the Deed Administrators' remuneration and associated resolution.4. Consideration of any other resolutions proposed at the meeting.5. To answer any questions the COI might have.6. Any other business.
All members of the Committee of Inspection have been sent a link to the Microsoft Teams video conference platform to join the meeting.
