    • 1. To provide an update on the status of the deed administration, including an update on the class action proceedings and 'loss methodology' application to the Federal Court of Australia.

    2. To provide an update on, and demonstration of, the Creditor Portal with respect to its use in the distribution process.

    3. Consideration of the Deed Administrators' remuneration and associated resolution.

    4. Consideration of any other resolutions proposed at the meeting.

    5. To answer any questions the COI might have.

    6. Any other business.
