Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To provide an update on the status of the deed administration, including an update on the formal Proof of Debt (POD) process, status of POD claims submitted and admitted, and the estimated return to creditors under the DOCA.2. For the COI to consider and vote on any resolution/s proposed at the meeting.3. To answer any questions from COI members.4. Any other business.
