Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

- For creditors to consider that Mr Geoffrey Trent Hancock of Hamilton Murphy Advisory resign from his appointment as liquidator as the Company; and
- For creditors to consider that Mr Andre Lakomy of AL Restructuring be appointed as liquidator of the Company in replacement of Mr Hancock.
