ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

- Provide an update regarding the status of the Company and its trading performance during the Administration.
- Discuss the outcome of the investigations to date.
- Provide an update regarding any potential sale of business and / or Deed of Company Arrangement proposals.
- To discuss and review documents requested by the COI.
- Allow the COI to ask queries to the Administrator.

Members of the Committee wishing to participate in the meeting by using electronic facilities must return to the convenor of the meeting not later than the last business day before the day of the meeting, a written statement setting out

i. the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney, (if any); and
ii. an address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent; and
iii. a method by which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.
