Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors are advised that teleconferencing facilities are available to facilitate attendance at the forthcoming meeting of creditors. If you wish to use that facility, then you are required to contact Mr Jay Taylor of this office prior to 4:00 pm, 28 November 2018, so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
