Agenda
Agenda items are:
1. To receive and consider the report of the Liquidator on the progress of the liquidation to date.
2. To consider and, if thought fit, approve for payment the remuneration of the Liquidator.
3. To consider and, if thought fit, approve the entering of the settlement agreement between the directors of the Company and the Liquidator dated 14 September 2013, pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001.
4. To consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection.
5. Any other business that may lawfully be brought forward.
A corporation may only be represented by proxy or by an attorney appointed pursuant to Corporations Regulations 5.6.28 and 5.6.31A respectively or, by a representative appointed under Section 250D of the Corporations Act 2001.
In accordance with Regulation 5.6.23(1) of the Corporations Regulations, creditors will not be entitled to vote at this meeting unless they have previously lodged particulars of their claim against the company with the Liquidator.
