Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
5. to consider the early destruction of books and records
6. any other business

1) Creditors to approve the settlement of insolvent trading claim against Anthony Curtis in the amount of $30,000.

2) Creditors to approve the settlement of insolvent trading claim against Klaus Queisser in the amount of $12,000.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
