  • to remove the external administor(s) from office and appoint someone else as external administrator(s) of the company

    • 1. to receive a statement of Administrator's opinion and reasons for the opinion:
    a. whether it would be in the creditors' interests for the administration to end and
    b. whether it would be in the creditors' interests for the company to be wound up

    2. for the creditors of the Company to resolve that:
    a. the administration should end; or
    b. the Company be wound up.
