ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

At the meeting creditors may consider a resolution:

1. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members; and
2. to remove the liquidator(s) from office and appoint someone else as liquidator(s) of the Company.

Other agenda items are:

3. To consider the Report as to Affairs of the company and to receive a report from the directors.

4. A copy of the Declaration of Independence, Relevant Relationships and Indemnities will be tabled.

5. To resolve the basis of the Liquidators? remuneration.

6. To authorise the Liquidators to destroy the books and records of the company within the period of 5 years after dissolution of the company, subject to obtaining prior approval of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.

7. Any other business that may be considered with the foregoing.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
