See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

- Name: The name of the person and of the proxy of attorney (if any);
- Address: An address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent;
- Contact: the method of contacting the person, proxy or attorney for the purposes of the meeting.
On receipt of this statement, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the facilities for the meeting.
