Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To receive and consider a report by the Liquidators. 2. To authorise the Joint and Several Voluntary Liquidators to enter into a "Litigation Funding Agreement" between Epsilon Litigation Funding Pty Ltd and Construction Industries Australia Limited (In Liquidation) (Receivers and Managers Appointed).3. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
(1) Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at the Perth office of WA Insolvency Solutions by 4:00 pm on the business day prior to the meeting (i.e. Wednesday, 28 January 2015). A corporate creditor can only be represented by proxy or by a representative appointed under section 250D(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.(2) In accordance with regulation 5.6.23(1) of the Corporations Regulations, creditors will not be entitled to vote at this meeting unless they have previously lodged particulars of their claim against the company with the Joint and Several Voluntary Liquidators.
