ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 25 February 2016.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. any other business

To approve, pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act, a compromise of the director's loan account debt owed to the Company, as deemed acceptable and reasonable to the Liquidator.

To receive a report setting out an account of the liquidator's acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company for the previous 12 month period ended on 25 February 2015.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
