  5. any other business

6. to authorise the Liquidator to compromise debts owed to the Company, for the purpose of Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act on terms he sees fit
7. to authorise the Liquidator to enter into an asset sale agreement with In Front Australian Business Solutions Pty Ltd on the Company's behalf, for the purposes of Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act on terms generally set out in the Report to Creditors dated 4 July 2014.
