The lease entered into on 25/03/2021 for the premises located at Shop No. T12 on the Level 1 of Circle on Cavill, 3184 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 (Title Ref: 50614520) between the following parties:
- Cavill Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 633 500 026); and
- Cater Group Pty Ltd (ACN 169 070 811).

Lease 2:
The lease entered into on 25/03/2021 for the premises located at Shop No. T43 on the Level 1 of Circle on Cavill, 3184 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 (Title Ref: 50614520) between the following parties:
- Cavill Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 633 500 026); and
- Cater Group Pty Ltd (ACN 169 070 811).
