ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To consider report on the administration by the Deed Administrator; and

2. To consider and, if though fit, approve the remuneration of the Deed Administrator, his partners and staff at Nicols + Brien, (as set out in the remuneration report attached at annexure "A" hereto), outstanding for the period to 30th June 2016 to be charged on a time basis in accordance with the Nicols + Brien scale of fees in the sum of $9,830.90 (GST inclusive). (Details of the basis and calculation of remuneration sought for approval attached at annexure "D". Remuneration claimed excludes disbursement costs).

3. To consider variation of the Deed of Company Arrangement signed by the company on 19 May 2014 in the terms and conditions as dealt within the attached report and more particularly as outlined at annexure "B" hereto
