Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. to receive an account of the Liquidators' acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up; 2. to consider, and if thought fit, approve a one off fixed charge set to recover the increased costs imposed by the government under the ASIC Supervisory Cost Recovery Levy Act 2017, to perform my statutory duties as Liquidator to an amount of $750.00 plus GST; 3. to consider, and if thought fit, approve and fix the Liquidators' retrospective and prospective remuneration as detailed in the Liquidators' Remuneration Approval Notice dated 14 January 2020;4. for creditors to consider, and if thought fit, approve the Liquidators' internal (non-professional) disbursement costs as detailed in the Liquidators' Remuneration Approval Notice dated 14 January 2020; and5. any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.
