ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

5. To allow the Liquidators may compromise debts to the company if the amount claimed by the company is more than $100,000.00 pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001

6. To allow the Liquidators enter into agreements on the company?s behalf if the term of the agreement may end or obligations of a party to the agreement may, according to the terms of the agreement, be discharged by performance more than 3 months after the agreement is entered into pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
