1. To receive an update about the Companys business, property, affairs and financial circumstances.2. To receive the report of the Liquidator.3. For there to be questions from creditors.4. Approval in accordance with Sections 477(2A) and 477(2B) of the Act.5. To approve the remuneration of the Liquidator. 6. To approve internal disbursements of the Liquidation pursuant to IPS 60-20.7. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.

The meeting of creditors will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and teleconference facilities are also available. To access those facilities, you need to provide a statement by email to our office no later than 4.00pm on the day preceding the meeting which sets out:Name The name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any)Address An address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sentContact The method of contacting the person, proxy or attorney for the purposes of the meeting.On receipt of this statement, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the facilities for the meeting.
