Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Creditors wishing to attend virtually must provide me written advice no later than 5:00pm on 30 June 2023 confirming their attendance virtually and alternative contact details in the case of technical difficulties. On 3 July 2023, a link providing direct access to attendance via the Microsoft Team application will be emailed to all creditors who advise the Administrator that they wish to attend virtually.

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting using virtual meeting technology are advised they can use the following facility to attend the meeting:
