1. To resolve whether the Deed of Company Arrangement executed on 15 March 2017 be varied pursuant to Section 445A of the Corporations Act to include a clause 5.2(c) stating:The fund contributor is entitled to a moratorium of its monthly payment obligations under clause 5.2(b) for the months of January 2019, February 2019, March 2019, April 2019, May 2019 and June 2019.2. To resolve whether the Deed of Company Arrangement should be terminated, and the company wound up pursuant to Section 445C(b) of the Corporations Act.
