ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors and members of the Company, or a meeting of creditors and members of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is:

• to receive an account(s) showing how the winding up of the Company(ies) has been conducted and showing how the property of the Company(ies) has been disposed of, and
• to give any necessary explanation of the account(s) received by the meeting.

Creditors and members wishing to attend are advised proofs (creditors only) and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:

Telephone conference facilities are available to creditors and members who are unable to physically attend the meeting by contacting Ainsley Watt of this office on (07) 3173 5564 by 5:00PM Friday 13th May 2016. Creditors who wish to participate in the meeting by telephone must give a written statement setting out all of the following:
a) the name of the creditor/member and of the proxy or attorney (if any)
b) an address to which notices to the creditor/member, proxy or attorney may be sent
c) a telephone number at which the creditor/member, proxy or attorney may be contacted
d) a fax number to which notices to the creditor/member, proxy or attorney may be sent.
A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person, who participates in the meeting by telephone must pay any costs incurred by the person, proxy or attorney in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for those costs from the assets of the Company.
