Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To receive and consider a report from the Liquidator;
2. To consider the offer of settlement from the Company's debtors;
3. To consider the past remuneration of the Liquidator; and
4. Any other business

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
