The purpose of the meeting is for eligible employees to consider and if seen fit pass the following resolution:That pursuant to section 444DA(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 the eligible employees of Brison Industries Pty Ltd ATF Metsellar Family Trust consent to receive their employee leave entitlements in the ordinary course of business under the terms of the proposed Deed of Company Arrangement.
