ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

Agenda items are:

(i) To determine whether a quorum exists;
(ii) To consider the Liquidator`s Report to Creditors and to receive and discuss any recommendations of the Liquidator;
(iii) To consider further recovery action in relation to the company assets;
(iv) To consider the past remuneration of the Liquidator;
(v) To consider the future remuneration of the Liquidator;
(vi) Questions to the Liquidator;
(vii) Any other business.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
