1. To receive an update on the Liquidation.2. To consider and if thought fit, fix the remuneration of the Liquidators, KPMG Forensic Services and internal disbursements.3. To consider and if thought fit, approve the Liquidators entering into a funding agreement for a period longer than 3 months pursuant to s477(2B) of the Corporations Act.4. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
