-Consider the Voluntary Administrators' Report and Statement and any other matters raised relating to the Company's future and then to resolve either that:a) the Company execute a deed of company arrangement; orb) the administration should end; orc) the Company be wound up; ord) the meeting be adjourned.-Consider and if thought fit determine the Administrators' remuneration and internal disbursements.-If the Company executes a Deed of Company Arrangement:a) to determine the remuneration and internal disbursements of the Deed Administrators; andb) to consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection.-If the Company is wound up:a) to determine the remuneration and internal disbursements of the Liquidators;b) to consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection; andc) to consider authorising the Liquidators to dispose of the books and records of the Company after finalisation, subject to obtaining ASIC approval
