ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 28 September 2017.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

5. to consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection;

6. to fix or determine the disbursements of the liquidator;

7. to fix or determine the future disbursements of the liquidator; and

8. to authorise the Liquidator to instruct solicitors notwithstanding retainers may exceed three months.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
