    • - To consider and, if thought fit, approve a resolution authorising the Liquidator's entering into the Deed of Settlement and Release with Mr Sasho Naumcevski, where the Deed operates for a period longer than three (3) months and a Judgment debt is compromised in an amount in excess of $100,000.

    - To consider, and if thought fit, approve the Liquidator's internal disbursements.
