1. To consider a statement from the director about the company's business, property, affairs and financial circumstances2. To receive the Administrator's report, the options available to creditors and recommendation3. To consider the remuneration of the Voluntary Administrator 4. For creditors to resolve one of the following: a. The company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement; or b. The administration should end; or c. The company be wound up.5. Should it be resolved that a Deed of Company Arrangement be executed, to consider the remuneration of the Deed Administrator6. Whilst the meeting will be held at the offices of PCI Partners Pty Ltd, due to the recent social distancing restrictions imposed by the federal government, creditors whom wish to attend the meeting will be required to do so via telephone.
