    • - To consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) the execution of a Funding Agreement between the Liquidator of Baretail Chadstone Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and Clover Risk Funding Pty Ltd, as the term of the agreement is expected to exceed three months.

    - To consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) the execution of a legal services Cost Agreement between the Liquidator of Baretail Chadstone Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and Velocity Legal, as the term of the agreement is expected to exceed three months.

    - To consider any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
