ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Attendance via Microsoft Teams is encouraged. Meeting link is available upon request. However, if you wish to attend in person, please contact our office at least two business days prior to the meeting to make arrangement.

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting using virtual meeting technology are advised they can use the following facility to attend the meeting:
