ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to lay before the meeting(s) a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Company(ies).

At the meeting(s), creditors may consider a resolution to remove the liquidator(s) from office; and appoint someone else as liquidator(s) of the Company(ies).

Other agenda items are:

1. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to consider the early destruction of books and records
4. any other business

5. to consider the winding up of the affairs of the Company.
6. to appoint James Koutsoukos and David Coyne of BRI Ferrier to act as Creditors Voluntary Liquidators to the Company.
7. to fix the internal disbursements of the Liquidators for the period 14 September 2018 to completion as set out in the Remuneration Request Approval report dated 30 August 2018.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the liquidator by:
