Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To receive and consider a report from the Liquidators;
2. To receive and consider the receipts and payments of the Liquidators;
3. To fix or determine the remuneration of the Liquidators; and
4. Any other business.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
