Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 02 December 2016.
Other agenda items are:
1.Receive an annual update of the conduct of the liquidation by the Joint and Several Liquidators;2.To consider and review and approve the Liquidator(s) retrospective and prospective remuneration;3.Any other matters that may be lawfully be brought forward.
