    2. any other business that may be lawfully brought forward

    Special instructions

    Creditors can attend virtually via Microsoft Teams platform.
    To attend and participate in the meeting, please submit or email the completed proof of debt or claim form and proxy form to Ethan Wang of this office (ethan.wang@westburnadvisory.com.au) by no later than 24 June 2025 by 5:00 pm to facilitate checking and recording.

    Once this office receives a completed proof of debt form and proxy form, you will receive a Microsoft Teams link via email to register for meeting access (Meeting ID and Password).
