Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
5. to consider the early destruction of books and records
6. any other business

- to fix the remuneration of the former Adminstrators
- pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001, creditors' consent for the Liquidators to compromise the pre-appointment debtors and associated entity debts subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the Liquidators.
