Scheme Creditors entitled to attend the meeting may obtain a copy of the Scheme Booklet (which incorporates the explanatory statement required by section 412(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and contains information to enable Scheme Creditors to make a decision as to how to vote on the proposed resolution) by collecting it personally at Ashurst Australia, Level 11, 5 Martin Place, Sydney, New South Wales between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm on each weekday, excluding public holidays, until and including the date of the meeting (which is convened by Atlas Iron Limited). A copy of the Scheme Booklet (which includes a proof of debt and proxy form) was dispatched to all Scheme Creditors on or about 4 April 2016.
