Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of creditors of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of creditors for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. any other business

2. Provide an update to the Committee of Creditors on the status of the administrations
3. To consider any other matters which may properly be brought before the meeting
