ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

At the meeting creditors may consider a resolution:

1. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members; and
2. to remove the liquidator(s) from office and appoint someone else as liquidator(s) of the Company.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to receive a report as to affairs
3. to consider a statement to the creditors from one of the directors
4. to consider the early destruction of books and records
5. any other business

6. to consider authorising the Liquidators to compromise debts of the Company under Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act.

7. to consider authorising the Liquidators to enter into agreements that may take longer than three months to complete under Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
