ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

At the meeting creditors may consider a resolution:

1. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members; and
2. to remove the liquidator(s) from office and appoint someone else as liquidator(s) of the Company.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive a report as to affairs
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to consider the early destruction of books and records
4. any other business

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:

Persons are not entitled to vote as creditors at the Meeting unless they have lodged with the Liquidator particulars of the debt or claim which they claim to be due to them from the company. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with Rodgers Reidy, Level 8 333 George Street.

Creditors wishing to attend by telephone are advised they can utilise the following conference facility:

Creditors wishing to participate in the meeting by telephone must return to the convenor of the meeting not later than the second last working day before the day of the meeting, a written statement setting out the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney, (if any), an address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent, a telephone number at which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted and any facsimile number to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent. A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person who participates in the meeting by telephone, must pay any costs incurred in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for those costs from the assets of the Company.
