    - To authorise the Liquidator, as a creditor of SH Capital Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) to, pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act, enter into the proposed cost agreement of Minter Ellison dated 20 December 2024, attached to the Notice to the Committee of Creditors dated 14 January 2025
