ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

To consider and if thought appropriate approve that the Liquidator is authorized to accept the offer of settlement from the Former Director in the sum of $150,000.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
