Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Votes at the meeting will be taken on a show of hands unless a poll is requested.

Creditors who wish to attend the meeting are required to do so virtually, via Microsoft Teams. If you wish to participate at the meeting by virtual attendance you must register by no later than 4pm AEST on 21 June 2023. Pursuant to section 75-40(2)(db)(ii) of the Insolvency Practice Rules, sufficient information has been given to persons who are entitled to attend the meeting to participate in the meeting by means of the technology.
