Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

1. to determine the remuneration of the deed administrator(s)
2. to determine the deed administrator(s) and or liquidator(s) future remuneration if appointed
3. any other business

Consideration of the following Resolution:

That the Deed of Company Arrangement with respect of Amartone Pty Ltd dated 26 November 2014 be varied so that the sunset clause set out in clause 3.1(e) no longer states '30 June 2016' and instead states '31 March 2017' with retroactive effect from 26 November 2014.
