ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the contributories of the Company, or a meeting of contributories of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. to receive and consider a report from the Liquidators
2. to consider a declaration in relation to the Liquidators' remuneration
3. to consider a declaration for obtaining special leave of the Court pursuant to section 488(2)
4. to consider a declaration for release and dissolution of the company pursuant to section 480

Contributories are advised proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
