ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. Outline the progress of the liquidation;
2. Consider the replacement of the Liquidator;
3. Seek approval of the Liquidators' remuneration; and
4. Discuss any other matters which may arise.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
