See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

To participate in the First Meeting of Creditors, you must attend to the following by 10:00am AWST on Wednesday 14 June 2023.

1. Register for the First Meeting of Creditors via the following Zoom link (you will need to fill out your name, contact details, appointed proxy if applicable and other information). You must use the email address associated with your Proof of Debt:

2. Submit a Proof of Debt and information to substantiate your claim for each company where you are a creditor. Please submit a Proof of Debt Form via the relevant Creditor's Portal (preferred method):

3. Complete a Proxy Form if you are an individual representing a creditor which is a company or you are an individual unable to attend the First Meeting of Creditors and would like to appoint someone else to vote on your behalf.

Only creditors who have completed the above steps will receive a Zoom link to the First Meeting of Creditors. If all of the above requirements are not met, you will not be able to attend the First Meeting of Creditors although you may have registered.
